Hamilton Relay, Telecommunications Relay and Captioned Telephone Service provider for the state of Pennsylvania, has awarded a $500 college scholarship to Elizabeth Martin, a student at Pequea Valley High School from Gap, Pennsylvania.
The Hamilton Relay Scholarship opportunity is available to high school seniors who are deaf, hard of hearing, DeafBlind or have difficulty speaking. Elizabeth was awarded the $500 Hamilton Relay Scholarship after completing the application process, including writing an essay under the topic of communication technology. Elizabeth plans to attend Gallaudet University this fall to study Deaf Education.
