Hamilton Relay, telecommunications relay service provider for the state of Iowa, has awarded a $500 college scholarship to Kelli Ann Peters, a student of East Sac County High School from Sac City, Iowa.
The Hamilton Relay Scholarship opportunity is offered to high school seniors who are deaf, hard of hearing, deaf-blind or have difficulty speaking. A recipient is selected within each of the states where Hamilton is the contracted relay service provider and is one of several ways the company gives back to the communities they serve.

Kelli Peters was awarded the $500 Hamilton Scholarship after completing an application and writing an essay under the topic of communication technology. Kelli plans to attend Iowa State University in Ames this Fall to study Veterinary Medicine/Animal Science.
