In order to be eligible to receive equipment at no cost through the Connecticut Equipment Distribution Program, please ensure you meet the criteria listed below. If criteria is met, please complete the required information and select the equipment that is right for you and submit. To see the equipment available, click here.

Applicant Must:

  • Be deaf, hard of hearing, DeafBlind or have difficulty speaking
  • Be a full-time Connecticut state resident
  • Be a first-time EDP applicant
  • Be 5 years old or older (Parental consent is required for those under 18 years old.)
