Jonathan Wales, of Memphis, Tennessee, has been selected for Hamilton Relay’s 2019 Better Hearing and Speech Month Recognition Award for the state of Tennessee.
Beyond working with children at the Kings Daughters and Sons Home, where he serves as the organization’s Financial Controller, he is also a leader at the Bellevue Baptist Church’s “Men of Memphis” group. Part of his efforts there include volunteering to assist seniors with car maintenance, providing rides to people who can’t get to church and more. He is also a Sunday school leader and is involved with fellowship development.
Furthermore, he volunteers with the Arlington High School band to chaperone their activities and acts as a fundraiser leader for their events.
The aforementioned volunteerism and outreach efforts shared by his peers make him more than worthy of this honor. We commend Jonathan for his leadership and are proud to present him the Hamilton Relay 2019 Better Hearing and Speech Month Recognition Award for the state of Tennessee.
