Pennsylvania residents may be eligible to receive telecommunications equipment at no charge through the state’s Telecommunications Device Distribution Program (TDDP), which provides specialized equipment to individuals who are deaf, hard of hearing, deaf-blind or have difficulty speaking, or who have other visual, physical or intellectual disabilities.
