Hamilton Relay will continue to provide Telecommunications Relay Service and Captioned Telephone Service for the District of Columbia.

DC Relay provides 24-hour service that enables individuals who are deaf, hard of hearing, DeafBlind or have difficulty speaking to communicate with family, friend and businesses over the phone.
