Jerry Sparling is recognized as a true leader in his community. Through his advocacy efforts, he has supported individuals with hearing loss throughout the State of Idaho for many years. He has a passion for bringing awareness to individuals about hearing loss and donating his time to several organizations and projects.
Working two jobs and being constantly on the go, Jerry finds the energy and devotes his time to local organizations. Currently, he serves as President of the North Idaho Deaf Club (NIDC) and as Board Member of the Hearing Loss Center (HLC). He has worked effortlessly to bring Silverwood Deaf and Hard of Hearing Awareness Day into HLC and NIDC for an annual Fundraiser Event. Jerry also has experience as Sales Manager for the National Fraternity Society of the Deaf.
Additionally, Jerry studied at the Graduate, Realtor Institute and is a Licensed Realtor in Washington and Idaho. He contributes to the community through the following associations and organizations:

- Past Board of Director of Home Apartment Builder Association
- Past Judge of Chili Cook-off for Collin County Association of Realtor (2007)

Jerry also enjoyed coaching Little League baseball from 1990 – 1994 and owned a Glass Company from 1996 – 2009. He is an active member of the Harley Owners Group (HOG) and past Treasurer of HOG.
