Video Mail / Missed Calls
With Hamilton Relay VRS®, it’s simple to find out who called while you were away from your videophone. Just set-up your Video Mail Account by clicking on Create New Account and completing the form. You'll receive a confirmation e-mail direct to your preferred e-mail address. Simply respond to this e-mail as instructed and you'll start getting Video Mail and Missed Calls direct to your preferred e-mail address.
When you create your Video Mail Account, you will also be assigned a unique 800 number and extension for both Home and Work, making it even easier for anyone to call you. And when it comes to sharing your 800 number(s), you can send your contact information electronically or print out your personal Contact Cards – both created automatically to include your name and unique 800 number and extension(s).
If you want to edit your Video Mail account, simply click on Edit Account and make the necessary changes. Your account will be updated and you will once again receive a confirmation e-mail for verification.
